Since orders now ship directly from our fulfillment center in Illinois, most orders are packed within 2-5 business days before heading off on their magical journey.

During busy periods such as holidays or product launches, processing may take a little longer, but we'll always work to get your order on its way as quickly as possible and be transparent about any delays or changes ♡

Currently we do not offer returns on any of our products. But refunds are issued as long as the order hasn't already been shipped out!

Exchanges are considered in special cases <3

If you haven’t received your order 45 days after the shipment date, you can contact us with your order number, a refund or replacement can then be arranged once we’ve reviewed your case.

Note: If an incorrect shipping address was entered at checkout and the parcel is lost, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or cover reshipping costs.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes charged by their country.

These fees vary from country to country and unfortunately aren't something we're able to control.
