Order processing

We pack orders as quickly as we can, our usual processing time ranges between 1-4 weeks for regular orders and 5-8 weeks for pre orders. Please keep in mind The Wonder Witch Emporium is a one-woman-owned business! Tariffs & Shipping to the US - Everything you need to know:

Yes we're shipping to the U.S. again!

We're doing our best to minimize or avoid customs fees for you while staying within standard regulations, so most orders do not incur any customs or import duties when shipped via Regular Mail.

Though the US de minimus exemption ended in August 2025, and while duty rates range from 2.5% to over 10% for shipments from the UAE to the U.S., most of our orders qualify for duty-free delivery 🫶🏻

So unless you're ordering in massive quantities (in which case...I love you 😭) you should be totally fine!

📦 Note: This applies to Regular Mail only. If you select Express Tracked DHL shipping, customs and duties may be applied based on your local regulations and are the outside of our control currently, so those will be your responsibility. We are currently confirming updated DHL handling procedures and will update this section accordingly!  ut if you have any questions, feel free to shoot me a message! 🌙

Shipping

Orders shipping to an International destination will ship with either DHL or Regular postal mail from our location in Abu Dhabi, UAE

We’ve worked hard to ensure we are able to provide the best shipping options possible, you can find more details on them below 

GPSR -  we are now able to continue shipping to the EU & Northern Ireland! 

Regular Mail

Regular Tracked mail is between $7-$15 USD worldwide and transit time ranges between 10-35 business days. Please note this is uninsured postal mail and is not in our control once it has been mailed out, The Wonder Witch Emporium cannot be held responsible for any delays, damage or lost packages. If you have any issues with your shipment please feel free to email us and we'll do our best to assist you in whatever was we can! 

Express shipping

Express tracked shipping via DHL is a secondary option if you prefer quick shipping & door to door delivery. Details on rates are provided in the chart below and the transit time ranges between 3-7 business days worldwide.

We‘ve done our best to provide the most affordable & reliable solutions for shipping and can promise reductions in the rates associated with your order value!

Customs

The Wonder Witch Emporium is not liable for any customs and/or taxes applied to your order during or after shipping.

Any and all fees you're charged after the order is placed is done through your country's local regulations and is therefore the customers responsibility and is totally out of our control :") 

 

Lost or damaged products

If you haven’t received your order 45 days after the shipment date, you can contact us at thewonderwitchemporium@gmail.com with your order number, a refund or replacement can then be arranged once we’ve reviewed your case.
Please note if a customer has entered in an incorrect shipping address and the parcel is declared as lost, we are unable to refund your order or shipping costs. 

Return policy

Currently we do not offer returns on any products. Exchanges are considered in special cases <3

Can I combine orders?

Certain items may be legible for combined shipping if the orders have been placed separately, you can contact us at thewonderwitchemporium@gmail.com with your orders numbers to inquire whether your orders are applicable.
If so, a refund for the extra shipping cost will be issued then!
