Our usual processing time ranges between 1-4 weeks for regular orders and 5-8 weeks for pre orders. We pack orders in batches and prioritize by order date to ensure fairness.

Currently we do not offer returns on any of our products.

Refunds are issued as long as the order hasn't already been shipped out.

Certain items may be legible for combined shipping if the orders have been placed separately. You can contact us at info@thewonderwitchemporium.com with your orders numbers to inquire whether your orders are applicable. If so, a refund for the extra shipping cost will be issued then!

If you haven’t received your order 45 days after the shipment date, you can contact us with your order number, a refund or replacement can then be arranged once we’ve reviewed your case.

Note: If an incorrect shipping address was entered at checkout and the parcel is lost, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or cover reshipping costs.

For US tariffs: We always do our best to minimize or avoid any customs fees on our end while staying within standard regulations, and most orders still arrive without any additional charges applied to them!

However, due to ongoing changes in US import rules and how different courier companies process shipments, customs fees or import taxes may occasionally be applied once a package reaches your country.
These charges are determined by local customs authorities and the courier handling delivery, and unfortunately they can sometimes be implemented suddenly or without much notice, even on our end unfortunately.

If any fees are applied to your order, the best course of action is to contact the courier directly, as they will be able to provide the most accurate info and guidance regarding those charges.
